Fourthwalling: Papyrus isn't stupid, but he's a pretty simply guy. Any attempt at breaking his mind will, uh, be....not ignored, but not taken seriously. Perhaps medicinal spaghetti will be in order.

Offensive subjects: I'm not ultra awesome about talking about self-harm in detail-- but Papyrus is a very comforting, comfortable (it's the calcium, man!) skeleton. If we do talk about it, I'd prefer it be surface layer. No, er, gorey details, pls. :C But Papyrus would want to comfort his friends. SO. TLDR just talk to me about it! ♥

Hugging this character?: YES. HUG THE TALL SKELETON.
Kissing this character?: F-F-F-FRIENDSHIP???????? HE DOESN'T REALLY HAVE LIPS BUT WHATEVER MAN. But I'm all about flustering the tall skeleton. So. While he'll probably feel platonic affection, kisses are always allowed.
Flirting with this character?: WOWIE. Bashful skeletons, ahoy! This is fine.
Sex?: Just as a disclaimer, Papyrus does not have an ecto-weenie, nor does he have any squishy orifices, and he knows nothing about..er...the art of sex. Or. What it is. in fact, he doesn't really have any form of a heat cycle. So...I don't think it will ever come to it, but please talk to me. H-haha.
Fighting with this character: Papyrus, while loud, is pretty docile. If he hurts you in a "duel" or during "training", he will feel immensely bad and you will have a skeleton hanging off of your arm for a few days until he's satisfied you're better. Even if you just scrape your arm.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Whatever you want is fine!! But, uh, let me know if you're thinking like, almost-deadening things. I'll generally be cool with it.
Killing this character: only if you're a heartless demon. ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THE HOT PLACE WITH FIRE!!! yes. with permission first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: That's fine! His mind is...not super complicated. Mostly pasta and friendship. With some puzzles.
Warnings: Oblivious friendship desiring skeleton puts up with a lot of horse crap to make friends with basically anyone he meets.

Papyrus is all about making friends. It takes a great deal to make him get super serious about anything fighting wise, and by serious I mean...actually fighting... UNLESS it is a mutually agreed upon fight. By which I mean you both go into the fight, not to the death. I cannot stress enough that Papyrus could potentially be an amazing defender but he won't kill anyone.
